The GCC's last day for Spring 2024 will be Monday April 29th.
We will resume Summer I Services on May 20th.
The GCC has resources available
to help you with your writing, speaking and media projects.
There are three kinds of assistance available: writing (essays, cover letters, research papers, etc.); speaking (presentations and speeches); media (infographics, photography, podcasting and video creation).
We also have three different ways to work with a consultant:
In-person- Meet with us in the GCC (ground floor of Jones Library). This is great for brainstorming, planning, editing and revising.
Asynchronous Paper/File Drop- No required meetings, make an appointment, upload your document or file and receive written feedback on the appointment date. Great for drafts and polishing. There is a limit of 5 double-spaced pages and a maximum of 2 Reference pages (included in the 5 pages) per appointment.
Synchronous Live Meetings- Meet with us live online! This is great for reviewing short sections, asking specific questions or brainstorming.
